Registration and account creation

First, check whether your customer account has been activated. Once you have registered, an email containing an activation link will be sent to you. If you do not confirm this link, you will not be able to log in.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgotten your password?” on the login screen. Enter the email address you used to access your account. A few minutes later, we will send a link to that email address so that you can create a new password.

If you haven’t logged in for a long time, your account may no longer exist and you may need to register again.
